I’m responsible for creating the best-in-class client service and performance standard.

After qualifying as a solicitor with leading UK commercial law firm Maclay Murray & Spens LLP (now Dentons) I joined MLT in 2010.

I had also been setting up and managing various legal blog websites at the time (the main one being known as ‘WardBlawg’) and had grown the visitor numbers on those sites to 20k+ per month (1 million + now to date) and with 50k+ followers on social media channels, which in 2011 was quite advanced for its time.

The sites started to generate legal enquiries too and this experience led me to want to help law firms generate their own enquiries through the internet.

Since then I’ve loved working with our team and clients, defining and implementing our development methodology, particularly with my recent Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) qualification.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my growing family (with new levels of challenges with Lucy and Rory), blogging, tennis, golf and bringing Rodger and Rizzo into the office to meet our team and clients.

I really enjoy assisting the best lawyers (who genuinely want to help people or businesses with their legal problems) to generate more business and improve their online marketing.

Working with clients, publishing great legal content and ensuring their law firm is successful is what drives me.

I help determine clients’ requirements to steer strategic direction of the brief to achieve their specific commercial goals.

I’m driven to achieve great results and to maximise ROI for all clients.
